We, as a country, are is a death spiral when it comes to customer service from companies. It as if every company is in a race to see who can provide the worst service. @Cigna, you are probably winning the race. I guess your CEO is spewing hot air about the customer service.
@Cigna Here we have a $69 billion company that will spend thousands of dollars and personnel hours so they can hold my $18 for a few more days. There is zero logic in this, especially when Cigna's knows it is their mistake.
@Roadie for the record, Roadie sucks at delivering packages and is worse at customer service. Another failed company @UPS owns. Apparently now they just deliver to the same town and consider it good enough.
@marcgorlin you must be proud of the garbage customer service provided by Roadie. Now getting a deliver to the same zip code is good enough? Considering a package lost when you know the actual wrong house it was delivered to? Refuser to help in any way?
@DanWetzel Here is another idea, why doesn't your network stop pushing the SEC like no one else matters?
Alabama received 2 benefits from the CFP, elevation after a bad win against a bad Auburn team, and no drop after a blowout loss, while every other conference loser was moved down.
