#radialisfirst#ulnarisalternativ transulnar access left -radial artery occluded - hand perfused by the median artery - branch of the interosseus artery

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

@DrSwoja @kaschenke @RadialFirstBot Nice case.Try the left arm the probability of Kinking is significant lower

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

#radialisfirst #ulnarisalternativ in this case ulnaris first !

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

#radialisfirst #ulnarisalternativ The further peripheral the better

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

#radialisfirst For #ulnarisalternativ you have to pay for transulnar success by taking a 0.014 choice pt wire to cross the distal kinking save and insert a sheed

#ulnarisalternativ,#cardiaccatheter
A.radialis and A.ulnaris puncture - pulse oxymetry and blood pressure cuff with sub-systolic pressure to prevent bleeding

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

The right angle is crucial for success

[Peter H Grewe @PeterGrewe3]

We use Ultrasound-assisted puncture of the left ulnar artery as safe alternative cardiovadcular approach
