Three days ago, I spent 2 hours fighting “digital assistants” @Verizon to speak to a human get a tech to my house. The digital impediments have been upgraded & now just hang up after telling there’s a storm coming & I should charge my batteries.

@VerizonSupport I’m sure I’m speaking for every customer of every company, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PUT MORE MONEY INTO US BASED CALL CENTERS AND LESS INTO AI / IVR / OVERSEAS TECH SUPPORT.
Yes, you save money, but you really really really upset your customers.

The utter joy of fighting through the IVR & the AI chatbot, and finally getting the robots to admit I need to speak to an agent and then I get disconnected.

@VerizonSupport Well, I just sat through the phone tree again. I actually got to speak to an agent and got an appointment for Monday.
Lost service overnight on Wednesday. Five days with no internet at the house. Two days to actually convince your company to send a tech.

Ive never had a worse customer service experience than @Crocs
Bought a pair online that don't fit. If I want to exchange them, I have to drive 45 miles each way to the Store.
Free return it is, and some other company gets my business.
