Man up, you made your choices, you get the consequences. Respect yourself, look in the mirror, are you proud of what you see ? If not no one else will be either. Stop getting on the piss to drown your sorrows, Start training yourself again , walk every day, Gym or better Calisthenics to get into shape, use whatever you can to be the best version of yourself/ TRT & Peptides, have a great diet ( Protein/ whole foods ) , sleep well, and stop stressing 😩
She may even reconsider in 12-18 months depending on how consistent with your effort you are, but for that you will also need to change your attitude to a partner !
