@ThirdSectorLab The technology is not the key thing, understanding the culture and processes and delivering value quickly to build advocates is by far and away the most important thing. A broken process with tech on top is a more expensive and complex broken process.
I have no ties to Birmingham, but it baffles me that due to ineptitude, the cultural and creative fixtures will be binned. What will be left to build back from? Creativity provides stimulus to local areas that is critical.
