An interesting take on business applications of AI in the future... Here's my thoughts on Michael Rosen's new book: The Consciousness Company. https://t.co/qBB39OwNxX
New in Nature Scientific Reports: "It is natural to try and have the loudest voice in a crowd when we seek attention; this work suggests that instead of shouting to be heard and generating an uproar, it is better for all if we speak with moderation." https://t.co/CL53kiBKIT
@dbasanta Yes I'm playing with several forms of generative ML at the moment. This is a fascinating insight into the capabilities of large models. Maybe I should show the unsuccessful ones too😀 It sometimes just generates bizarre things... or just misses the point entirely.
📣 Calling all AI Research Scientists!
Come join the AI Lab at #AutodeskResearch and work on projects that range from learning-based design systems, computer vision, robotics, HCI, sustainability, manufacturing, architectural design and construction, and more!
There are many ways to build, market and use technologies that learn.
Some are more complementary to our capabilities, while others are more about substituting for us.
We have a lot of choice as to which way to go.

You might have seen the words 'non-fungible token' popping up online, but what exactly does that mean? Asks @peterjbentley for @sciencefocus. https://t.co/FycO19Mstk
Do you want #DeepLearning a style similarity loss for 3D shapes? Just released the code for our @ICCV_2021 paper, UVStyle-Net: Unsupervised Few-shot Learning of 3D Style Similarity Measure for B-Reps. Check out the paper, project, code, data, and demos:

#AI is in court today: the UK Court of Appeal is hearing a case right now, after an AI was refused the right to be named as inventor on a UK patent (the US and Europe have already ruled this out). Watch our learned friends argue algorithms vs humans here: https://t.co/DGeXaikkMr
