Absolute disgrace @virginmedia, outage for 5 days and it was deemed not liable but they can't explain how. How else was it out if it wasn't your fault. You are a disgrace.
@virginmedia I've rung that and it does automated test and says 'your network seems fine, we'll send you a link' and I follow the link and doesn't work, give me a number to speak to someone!
@virginmedia my internet is down, I have rung, it performed the tests, hung up and said follow the link we send if turning it off and on again it doesn't work and the link won't work prob because my 4g is shit and I haven't no Internet. Give me a number to talk to someone! ๐
@virginmedia I want to speak to someone, I've called all the lines I know there is no fault, I'm on the bloody special new shitty box trail, so I need to speak to some specialist people like I always do. This isn't the time
@virginmedia It identifies the network, I follow the setup procedure which looks like it works, as with the mobile hotspot, but it just doesn't remain connected
@virginmedia Yes it it, I have spoken to ariston and they say everything is working fine at that end. I can create a mobile hotspot on my phone and connect to the ariston hub that way, but it won't connect directly to the hub.
@virginmedia I'm not going through it again. I know it's down and I've spoken to you in someway everyday for update. I just post about it, so others are wary of your service.
@virginmedia day 5, still no broadband. Hub5 team have no update of when it will be fixed! Replacing 'old' wires, apparently, on a line sold to me as brand new. It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating
@virginmedia I will be, but so far, no one has been able to say anything other than its a fault and we are looking into it and don't know when it will get fixed. Just looking into my rights for cancellation as not getting the service and not getting a resolution. Sky were more but never broke
@virginmedia I have been without Internet for 28 hours. I have spoken to your team who say its a hub 5x issue and won't be fixed for the next 24 hours. Apparently the hub 5x b9x is a pilot box, which I wasn't made aware of, so I have emailed the ombudsman with a complaint
@virginmedia Sorry didn't see that menage, have replied, not as easy on 4g to check messages though. I know your trying to help, but, see it from my point as well, it's really frustrating.
