@Newzroom405 This fellow is lying to the #MadlangCommission, as he is now redefining a "peace officer" as defined in terms of the Criminal Procedure Act, 51 of 1977. He is talking about a traffic warden, & they have different roles unless defined as such by the Min of Justice.
