@JonRoom I find the Complete Anatomy app helpful for visualization. I'd recommend trying a few anatomy textbooks (ebooks) to find a preferred style. Also useful was building a spreadsheet of muscles grouped by their function/innervation and describing origin & insertion

Confirmation bias is the "tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms one's preexisting beliefs or hypotheses." We should be skeptical when we say, "In my experience, I see tremendous success with intervention X" without some stats.
