Mayo cleaned us out of midfield in 2nd half. The only surprise was mayo not winning by more. There's the guts of a good team there but there needs serious work.

I made the point that what could happen is that group a could win every game and group b lose every game and 2 from group b would still qualify. Its moronic. @SmallerFishGAA How about a rule tweak... you immediately drop the ball on refs whistle where you are. You impede the opposition or throw the ball away bring it forward no need to hand it back just drop it immediately.

@twosups @ShaneMcEntee1 Yes but... refs had discretion and could play a bit more which can be controversial and open to playing for the draw that's why there were calls for the hooter. The hooter being last play was so so exciting in a tight game . It ending on the hooter is unnecessary.
