Test & trace cost £37b (much useless).

Giving NHS workers inflation related pay rises would cost about £10b less - much of which would go back into the economy and HMG in terms of spending and taxes. Would improve services, retention, safety and morale.

But other economies are out of recession & growing.

Two reasons:

TORIES.
