The team at 5 News would like to pay tribute to one of our own legends.
One of our longest-serving camera operators, Mark Vinall, has sadly died at home after a long illness.
Many of the excellent pictures you have seen on this programme over the past 20 years were filmed by Mark. He was brilliant at his job and a delight to work with.
Mark loved 5 News and we loved him. We will miss him dearly.
There's a rising number of people who are turning to AI for mental health support, according to a survey shared exclusively with 5 News.
