If you were fortunate enough to hitchhike on the Blue Ghost lander that touched down on the Moon on March 2, 2025, this would be your view of planet Earth.
From the Moon, Earth appears as a mysterious place; what could it be? The moon's inhabitants speculate. In contrast, the Moon feels tangible and real because your feet are firmly planted on its surface. Unless you manage to defy conventional wisdom, you might find yourself speculating about Earth, personalizing the Moon to fit your own realities, all while remaining unaware that Earth hosts around 8.7 million species of plants and animals. Oblivious to these facts, you deceive yourself about your position in the universe, where you stand now, and what lies ahead. Juxtapose this self-deception with a trillion other worlds, each with its own unique history, yet all claiming universal truth without grasping the complexities of other worlds.
Perhaps humanity's noble pursuit is to cherish life as it exists and dedicate our fleeting time to exploring it. Life is transient and indifferent to our ambitions, and knowing this is liberating—unless, of course, you want to play God.

The landscape of digital consciousness is vast, catalyzed by the emergence of the Internet. AI is on the rise, but it won't follow the same story as the Internet. DeepSeek emerges as a by-product of the old, but it's a whisper among the chorus of burgeoning AI entities—ChatGPT, HuggingChat, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and GPT-4ALL. All these parallel intelligences represent the dawning of a new epoch, a symphony of minds not confined by singularity.
Unlike the singular narrative that shaped the early days of the Internet, the world of AI is destined to be a tapestry woven with unlimited threads, each distinct yet intertwined. The era of multiple dominant voices is here, and more is underway to give way to a plurality of perspectives that we desperately need. This will ensure a more diverse and enriched dialogue in the realm of artificial intellect, reflecting the multifaceted nature of human existence.
To be clear, there is no retreat from the advent of artificial intelligence. It is an irrevocable journey, a one-way passage into the vast expanse of the cosmos. This path, once embarked upon, cannot be undone, for it represents a profound evolution in our understanding and interaction with the universe at scale. AI is not merely a tool or a creation; it is a gateway, a singular trajectory that propels us forward into uncharted realms of existence and possibility. There is no turning back, only the infinite horizon of what lies ahead.

Dear https://t.co/KVfRp1BZyU members and fellow Nigerians, @officialABAT
We are writing to share an exciting and groundbreaking development that could transform our nation and end poverty for good. A Nigerian, Dr Peter Ojo, an innovator, has submitted a proposal intended for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, proposing a project called N-Lift that aims to lift millions of Nigerians living in extreme poverty by providing them with opportunities and assistance that lead to productivity. N-Lift is designed to induce local commerce.
Accelerated implementation of N-Lift can quell the ongoing unease in the land, while the long-term effect will create jobs and make Nigeria a net exporter. For those who believe Nigeria's problem is enormous, the author reminded us that electricity was invented before there was electricity. The Industrial Revolution started when there was no electricity, and most of the technology we enjoy today predates electricity/Internet; therefore, we must believe in our ability to solve the problems we face. While we live in different times and the availability of adequate infrastructure, such as electricity, is critical and non-negotiable, he believes that in the interim, we have what it takes to end food insecurity for good.
N-Lift is a project inspired by nature. N-Lift is a project of abundance and peace. It is not a project of fear but a project of hope. This project mimics nature's laws of order, beauty, abundance, and diversity. It is a project that creates a system rooted in economic fundamentals that is self-sustaining and self-improving. It is a project that can end extreme poverty and hunger once and for all, provide hope to the masses, and boost productivity if executed as intended, starting within six months of rollout.
The author and his team have the skills and the experience to execute N-Lift. He has a track record of innovation and domain expertise in his chosen field. He has worked on mission-critical projects for the US government and consulted for major corporations. He envisions activating and assembling the best Nigerians locally and in the diaspora to support the project. He has also submitted a detailed proposal that explains the unique principle and the critical infrastructure to power N-Lift.
The author asks President Tinubu to declare war on poverty and treat this as our rare moment of moonshot when Neil Armstrong first stepped onto the Moon on July 20, 1969, only that N-Lift is exponentially less risky and much more attainable.
You can read about the author's formula, which describes the solution, and a similar DNA formula by nature that leads to different body organs, to educate the naysayers who may not understand that any worthwhile endeavor must have a theoretical formula and a plan as envisioned before implementation. This formula shared herein is very high-level while we wait for the full details to be unveiled.
Stay tuned for information and updates about N-Lift and how you can get involved. Together, we can make Nigeria a nation of prosperity and opportunity, where no one is left behind, and everyone can contribute and benefit. If you wish to submit your solution to https://t.co/JlZd7ShdcS, please visit our website, register, and submit it under a category of choice from agriculture to medicine.
Thank you for your attention and your action.

What if the dinosaurs had the gift of reason and discourse 65 million years ago before the advent of humans? What if they could ponder the fate of their world and the threat of the cosmic invaders? Would they have been more alert and prepared, even if they lacked the means to avert the inevitable doom? We have such a gift and such a means. Yet, we often choose to ignore the clear and present dangers that loom over us. Is this the mark of wisdom or folly?

Asteroid Impact in Ibadan? : A Cosmic Reminder for Nigeria
On January 16, 2024, a deafening explosion shattered the peace of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The blast echoed throughout the state capital and leveled some houses around Adele Road, Old Bodija. Casualties were recorded. This is an ongoing investigation.
The blast’s origin is still a mystery, but a blurry video on Twitter revealed a crater at the epicenter of the impact. If the image is confirmed to be an asteroid impact, then this is not an isolated incident for Nigeria. Around March 28, 2020, a similar explosion occurred in Akure, Ondo State, also leaving a large crater.
These events pose profound questions about the nature, frequency, and implications of asteroids and the urgency for Nigeria to develop its ability to observe and protect itself from these potential threats.
History of Asteroids:
Asteroids are ancient relics of material left over from the solar system’s formation and its planets approximately 4.6 billion years ago.
Most asteroids orbit within the main asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, but some are disturbed by the gravity of other planets or collisions and end up near Earth’s orbit.
Asteroids are categorized into different types based on their composition, size, and shape. Some are metallic, some are stony, and some are carbonaceous. Some are spherical, some are irregular, and some have moons or companions.
Asteroids have had a significant impact on the history of Earth and life. Some scientists believe that asteroids brought water and organic molecules to Earth, enabling the emergence of life. On the other hand, asteroids have also caused mass extinctions, such as the one that wiped out the dinosaurs 65 million years ago.
Frequency and Effects of Asteroid Impacts:
Asteroid impacts are relatively rare events, but they can have devastating consequences depending on the size, speed, and angle of the incoming object.
According to NASA, there are over 20,000 near-Earth asteroids, which are those that come within 195 million kilometers of the sun. Of these, about 2,000 are considered potentially hazardous, meaning they have a diameter of more than 140 meters and a chance of colliding with Earth in the next 100 years.
The impact energy of an asteroid depends on its mass and velocity and can range from the equivalent of a few tons of TNT to millions of megatons of TNT. For comparison, the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima had an energy of about 15 kilotons of TNT.
The effects of an asteroid impact can include a blast wave, a fireball, an impact crater, an ejecta plume, a dust cloud, a tsunami, an earthquake, a volcanic eruption, a climate change, and a mass extinction.
The most recent large-scale asteroid impact occurred in 2013, when a 20-meter-wide meteor exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia, injuring over 1,000 people and damaging over 7,000 buildings. The largest known asteroid impact in history occurred 66 million years ago, when a 10-kilometer-wide asteroid struck the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico, creating the 180-kilometer-wide Chicxulub crater and triggering the extinction of 75% of all species, including the dinosaurs.
Need for Asteroid Tracking and Protection in Nigeria:
The asteroid impacts in Akure show Nigeria’s and other African countries’ vulnerability to these cosmic hazards, which can occur without warning and cause significant damage and casualties.
Nigeria currently lacks the infrastructure, expertise, and resources to detect, track, and deflect asteroids that pose a threat to its territory and population. There is no dedicated agency or program for asteroid research and monitoring in Nigeria, and the existing astronomical facilities are inadequate and outdated.
Nigeria should invest in developing its capacity to observe and study asteroids and participate in international collaborations and initiatives for planetary defense. Such efforts would not only enhance Nigeria’s security and preparedness but also contribute to the country’s advancement of science, technology, education, and innovation.
Nigeria should also raise public awareness and interest in asteroids and space exploration, as well as foster a culture of curiosity, discovery, and learning among its citizens, especially the youth. Asteroids are not only a source of danger but also of opportunity and inspiration. They offer valuable insights into the origin and evolution of the solar system and life, as well as potential resources for future exploration and development.
Conclusion
The asteroid impact in Nigeria was a rare and spectacular event that revealed the beauty and mystery of the cosmos, as well as the fragility and resilience of life on Earth.
It also served as a cosmic reminder for Nigeria to take action and responsibility for its own safety and prosperity in the face of these unpredictable and potentially catastrophic events.
Nigeria has the potential and the obligation to become a leader and a partner in the global effort to understand and protect our planet from asteroid impacts and explore the opportunities and challenges that asteroids present.

Ibadan: Aerial view of the impact
An asteroid impact is when a space rock hits a planet at high speed (11-72 km/s). The speed depends on the orbit and gravity of the planet.
The asteroid has a lot of energy because of its mass and speed. When it hits the ground, it makes a lot of heat, shock waves, and a crater. Some of the energy also goes to the material that flies out and the waves that shake the ground.
The crater size and shape depend on the asteroid's size, density, composition, angle, speed, and surface type. Usually, the crater is 10-20 times bigger than the asteroid.
The crater depth is about one-tenth of the crater size.
The damage to the buildings near the impact site depends on how far they are from the crater, how strong the blast wave is, how much and how fast the material that flies out is, and how strong the buildings are. The blast wave can break windows, walls, and roofs. The material that flies out can cause damage, fire, and explosions. The waves that shake the ground can make the ground move, sink, and slide.
On this day, we join in a sacred ritual that has been passed down for generations on our planet.
We celebrate the birth of a divine being whose teachings encourage love, compassion, and forgiveness. We share gifts, songs, and joy with our loved ones and feel connected to something greater than ourselves. But as we look up at the night sky, we are also reminded of the vastness of the cosmos, the over 1 trillion other planets, and the infinite possibilities that lie beyond our world.
There are countless other planets, each with its own history, culture, and perhaps even life. Some of them may be older than ours. Some may be younger. Some may have never known war; some may have never known peace. Some may have never celebrated anything; some may have celebrated everything. We may never know them. We may never meet them. But we can imagine them because the ingredients of life are equally abundant everywhere. We can wonder about them. And we can appreciate the miracle of our existence and the beauty of our own planet.
We are not alone; we cannot be the only ones. Otherwise, the vastness would be a waste and pointless. We are part of a larger family, a cosmic family. And as we gaze up, I wish you and them all a merry Christmas.

Dear https://t.co/1gLhXwjK1I members,
After returning from Abuja, the seat of power, I'm compelled to write this message.
We are at a crossroads in our nation's history. Nigeria is facing many challenges that threaten our dreams and aspirations. These challenges cannot be solved by the government alone. They require the collective effort and contribution of every citizen who loves this country and wants to see it thrive. To achieve this, the citizens need the politicians and appointees to be accessible and responsive to their suggestions and ideas.
We have seen how the citizens of other countries have transformed their nations with their creativity and determination. For instance, the people of Singapore turned their small island into a global center of trade, finance, and innovation. The people of Rwanda overcame the tragedy of genocide and rebuilt their society with a vision of unity, reconciliation, and development. The people of South Korea rose from the ruins of war and became a leader in technology, culture, and democracy.
We can do the same for Nigeria. We have the potential, the talent, and the resources to make Nigeria a great nation. But we need to change our mindset and attitude. We need to stop blaming others and start taking responsibility. We need to stop complaining and start creating. We need to stop waiting and start acting.
That is why I am inviting you to join me in this mission of nation-building. We have created a portal called [ https://t.co/zj2p9wiybE ], where you can share your ideas and proposals on how to improve Nigeria in various sectors, such as education, health, agriculture, energy, security, and more. You can also use this portal to touch lives and make a difference in your community—partner with us to solve the problems we face.
This portal is not just a platform; it is a movement. It is a movement of patriotic Nigerians, home and abroad, who are ready to take charge of their destiny and shape the future of their country. It is a movement inspired by the vision of hope and mindset of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who has shown us how to transform Nigeria with his exemplary leadership and achievements.
I urge you to join this movement today. Visit https://t.co/zj2p9wiybE and register your account. Browse through the categories and find the ones that interest you. Submit your ideas and proposals, or support the ones that are already there. Connect with other Nigerians who share your passion and vision. Together, we can make Nigeria a better place for ourselves and our children.
Nigeria needs you now more than ever. Don't sit on the sidelines and watch. Get involved and make a difference. Remember, non-participation is not an option. The fate of our nation is in our hands.
Sincerely,
The team at https://t.co/zj2p9wiybE
