@tacobell your 040871 store had 50+ minute drive-through service Saturday, with surly and unapologetic staff at the window. Filling out your CX web form led to…nothing. Not exactly a fiesta.
@AmericanAir not cool the PHL gate staff at B13 for #1063 tried to deny a disabled passenger early boarding. The ADA was passed in 1990 so maybe a policy update is worth considering.
