This is surreal. The west is in festive mode. Xmas trees, carols, baubles, ordering hams & turkeys, restaurants are full as are streets - people with purpose hunting gifts, en route to parties. While in the place of Christ’s birth, people are starving and being killed in their tens of thousands, likely hundreds of thousands.

@JeremyVineOn5 We are taxed on things that are bad for us. Why can’t tax on gambling be reinstated. It ruins a lot of people.
Used to pay on the original bet or on your winnings.

@KFC_UKI Tried complaining on the Scotch Corner Moto website but it’s down. Had 2x 3 piece chicken breast meals yesterday. Never had anything quite as salty. 😒
