@bernardchickey I agree there is a difference. I believe that the Wanaka couple should have been locked in the Wanaka house with electronic monitoring under full MIQ process until day 12 when their first test can show they present no risk, rather than expose us by putting them on a plane.
@iangriffin @OtagoMuseum Hey Ian, based on taking my grandchildren to the museum, they run in through the door ahead of Parents, but have to be dragged out, so count individually on the way in, but carried out means one pedestrian. Such a fun place to take the kids.
One wonders if the common practice of putting eating utensils and napkins on the tables in cafes and restaurants is wise in these Conrona 19 days. One sneeze and several diners come along and pick up the disease. Maybe needs a rethink for the next couple of months.
What is it with New Zealand drivers. I’m travelling 99-100km/hr (by GPS which is 105 on the speedo). That is the legal speed limit in New Zealand. You have no ‘right’ to travel over 100. You are breaking the law. You are criminals. There is no need to overtake me at that speed.
Just been for a ride up Stuart Street in Dunedin an the new central island look great. Except for the big rocks in the islands - what about safe roads and roadside under safe roads programme @DnCityCouncil?
