@TheCarolErskine@LawyerYouKnow Whether he lied or not, any person currently under an RO for violence against children should have been excluded from the jury in a case involving violence against a child. That's a failure of the jury process.
@frolic_n_detour@reblavoie Anyone who is currently under an RO for violence against children should not be on a jury for a case involving violence against children. White or black, male or female. That's a failure of the jury process whether they lie or not. It's not ok. Period.
@FormanLaw1 Whether he lied or not a man with a DV history and a current RO for violence against a child sat on a trial about child violence. That's an indictment against the jury process. It also goes to manifest necessity of the mistrial which goes to whether double jeopardy attaches.
@thebroodwhich@IanRunkle Don't bother with a person who claims they are "smarter than you" but has a serious grammatical error in their profile description. No I am not a grammar nazi - I am a person who likes to make fun of people who brag that they are smarter than they are. ๐คฃ
@IanRunkle What is Cruz's election status? I know he was on the ballot 9/1, but everyone was so focused on in the Norfolk County because of Karen Read, I never heard anything about Plymouth.
@conservmillen Civilized humans don't kill sick people because they're sick. I would want her in a hospital where her psychosis was treated and she had a real opportunity to become a functional human being. The kids would still be alive if McClain has offered more than coloring books and clay.
@ThrillaRilla369 I truly hope no one you love ever has to suffer the ineptitude of the mental health system in this country. The treatment she tried desperately to get in the midst of psychosis was denied her because the system is coordinated by Heckyl and Jeckyll.
