@StarbucksUK Bagshot Road Sainsburys I am appalled by the service! I was given a med cap when paid for a large, I corrected the barista who took the med drink away and put a large cup back into my holder, I got home and noticed all he had done was put the med drink in a lrg cup

Disappointed with @CostaCoffee Reading Gateway today, really hot weather 405pm and was told not serving any cold drinks… no valid reason why… was looking forward to a cold refreshing drink!

So after a heart attack in 2021 not long after completing 3 events 100k ultra followed by a 50 mile ultra followed by a half marathon still some what broken, my heart decided to fall over in September 21. I have been rebuilding every year in distance and I got up to 50 miles 🤘

I finished in 5.43 however my calf went pop at mile 17 otherwise might of been towards the 5hr mark.

Not bad for a heart attack survivor hey!
