@TheDA_UK @54kdoctors @gmcuk @MattHancock I am not surprised I have been under investigation for 4 1/2 of the last 6 years. 5 sets of allegations from the same senior doctor 4 have been closed without sanction due to the allegations lacking merit.

I'm a whistleblower. You couldn't make it up. The GMC seem blinkered.

The problems in the NHS are cultural and culture is a top down event. Lansley followed by Hunt as DoHSC leads drove the deceit deny cover up and bully culture down from the DoH into the NHS excutive boards. The rest is quite literally history

PIDA started with the best of intentions and cross party support but it has been distorted into something that is often used contrary to the public interest at huge expense.

There is a plain fact that the people whose actions are the subject of WBs are part of an establishment network whose career cultures have required fielty and subordination to seniors and see WBs as an existential cultural threat and treat them as such

I have been under investigation for 4 years in the last 5 1/2
After I was a whistleblower
Currently 3 of the 4 allegations relate to events prior to 2015 out of time but GMC persuing it

I would fear for the future of any doctor who took this advice. Recent NHS history gives enough instances of hospital management denouncing staff who raise patient safety issues and go on to destroy their careers by referring them to @gmcuk on manufactured charges.

the same with my children and anyone who asks about their kids I say the same.. medicine is not the profession it used to be and I wouldn't do it if I was starting again and knew what I knew now

The real act of perversity was the GMC suspending the overworked, vulnerable and intimidated junior doctor #NHSblacklist, but not touching the medical director, clinical director, head of service whose failures created the workplace risk of patient harm. Jaw dropping

@pttopt yes you can write a letter and ask for it to be filed in your records As long as it is dated, written as contemporaneously as possible and records the people and events and signed by the identified writer it has to be accepted as a reliable record Keep a copy send a SAR to check
