Good point, we are almost in a civilisation crises, maybe not if you do the calculations, but if you feel you know that we are not far away from it, whippingunder the carpet is not getting harder, especially in the western world. Managing means you have the last word which is in the current case complicated, it’s distributed; I wish that the leaders, that know they are in the lead, and they know, will make the right decisions, they will know what is right and what is wrong, I am pretty confident on that, I just wish they will follow through one the what’s right, take some time, talk to each other, show who you are and get what the other is, agree on it that that’s just fine, and make decisions based on mutual understanding and respect. Those who not agree on those terms will put themselves outside tne playing field and will find out in the hard way just like kids not playing by the agreed rules, works for a while, but in tne end you be on your own, lonely and miserable. So, to manage your way out of this we need working together, like what you have been reached in every school you attended, work together, pick the position you are good and comfortable at, do your job to tne most fulfilling way, and celebrate your achievements! What else?
