@Matalan promised refund on 30/4 for items that haven't turned up anywhere. Asked to wait 48hrs. Checked bank acc and PayPal, nothing has been deposited. Sent ANOTHER message via matalan app on 5th May and still awaiting response. Need this sorted ASAP, this is ridiculous.

@edfenergy requested refund twice over last 2 weeks as I've been overpaying. Was told by customer service advisor that money would be in my account in 3 to 5 working days on both occasions. Still waiting for the money to hit my bank account. Help please.
