BREAKING: SpaceX is acquiring Cursor in a $60 billion all-stock deal.
• Cursor is being valued at $60 billion
• Cursor will become a wholly owned SpaceX subsidiary
• Cursor shareholders will receive SpaceX Class A shares
• The exchange ratio will be based on SpaceX’s 7-day average share price before closing
• Subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions

Cursor is one of the world’s leading AI coding platforms and one of the fastest-growing software companies. This marks one of the largest AI acquisitions ever and significantly expands SpaceX’s footprint in AI.
My advice to young people:
1) don’t vape and stop smoking weed. It’ll crush your energy and ambition, your only two things you have going for you.
2) don’t become a doctor or a lawyer. You’re too likely to end up unhealthy, unhappy, divorced and rich.
3) entrepreneurship isn’t about new ideas. Don’t follow your passion. Do common things uncommonly well.
4) get married young and have more kids than you can afford.
5) life is sales. Learn to sell or don’t expect to earn real money.
6) start small. Trade your time for money. Passive income is a myth.
7) decision making is a muscle. The only way to get better is to lift the weight. Books aren’t the answer.
8) you get to choose your competition in life. Silicone valley is electing to play basketball against LeBron James. Sweaty startups are playing basketball against a 5th grade girl. The choice is yours.
9) look down the hall. What does it look like to win the game you are about to play? What does your boss look like? Are they happy? That is where you are headed.
please, i'm begging you, just make something. anything. make something good. make something bad. make something big. make something small. make something easy. make something hard. make something beautiful. make something ugly. just make something.
The most successful people I’ve met online:
• Chase obsession
• Help instead of sell
• Have a high ticket offer
• Aren’t afraid to fail
• Post daily
• Don’t give a f*ck what anyone thinks
• See 9-5 jobs as a stepping stone, not a lifetime pursuit
• Avoid being rude
• Are humble AF
Anything missing?
Pro Tip: If you want things to move faster, give yourself less time. Parkinson's Law states that says work expands to fill the time allotted to it. If you give yourself two weeks to finish something, it'll take two weeks. If you give yourself two hours, it’ll take two hours.
can pretty much progress in all areas with this habit stack:
- 4 hrs deep work
- walk 8k+ steps
- move 45m
- hit calories & macros
- read/study 30m
- visualize the end & hold the slide 333x/day
- meditate/sense/inquire
- host dinners & shoot the shit
