This is tough to watch, these kids (young adults) are in pain, they're in fear, and obviously very courageous. I feel for them and for all students in America who might go to school everyday wondering if this will happen to them today. https://t.co/IYU3lIdbWG

[ABC News @ABC]

Stoneman Douglas High School student says he was mistaken for the alleged shooter in aftermath of the attack: "They saw me and they panicked, because I was matching the same description as Nikolas Cruz. I had the same clothes, same color..." https://t.co/OTfbk9sKQ9

@Captain2Corner 4 for 6 vs Martinez is the only reason.

[petey39 @petey39]

@Jomboy_ Only reason he's leading off id he's 4 for 6 vs Martinez. Should be PH for once Martinez is out. Don't come at me. Just showing the stat.

[petey39 @petey39]

@TalkinYanks Just win tonight. Don't get swept!!

[petey39 @petey39]

@aybaybaydelia I mean, it changes the trajectory of the ball. That ball that Jones hit most likely would've been a moon shot HR anywhere else. smh

[petey39 @petey39]

@90syankskid Doesn't it give them an unfair home stadium advantage. They are far more familiar with the nuances of that horrendous roof than visiting clubs are.

[petey39 @petey39]

@FiresideYankees All things considered, giving up only 1 run is a miracle. Now let's dig in and have some big innings. Peralta is beatable.

[petey39 @petey39]

@GinaMuscato Make it 3

[petey39 @petey39]

@FiresideYankees Depends on what happens tonight. Series tied, Rodon in game 3, then Fried in game 4. Down 2-0, Fried in game 3. Gotta save Cam for potential game 5.

[petey39 @petey39]

@TeaWithTakayama Grisham is dead wood and will kill any rally.

[petey39 @petey39]

@SleeperYankees Don't make the 3rd out at 3rd base. That's the golden rule.

[petey39 @petey39]

@nyy1523 @GinaMuscato 😄

[petey39 @petey39]

@GinaMuscato Did Rojas tell him go 3?

[petey39 @petey39]

WTF is Wells doing?

[petey39 @petey39]

@TalkinYanks Chisholm does him a favor swinging at the first pitch.

[petey39 @petey39]

@GinaMuscato Yea it's weird for sure.

[petey39 @petey39]

@GinaMuscato why does something spray up from the surface at tropicana field
The light-colored spray or "splash" effect you see rising from the surface at Tropicana Field is caused by the organic turf infill material.

[petey39 @petey39]

@GinaMuscato Or some kind of substance that they put underneath.
