@mirainbrussels What disturbs me with this kind of writing is that Brussels is presented as a passive onlooker, the fate of which will be decided between Flanders and Wallonia. Alas, the last time I checked, it was still an equally autonomous region with its own political voice and interests.

Last week I had the honour to speak at @EESC_NAT event on the future of the #SDGs in a complicated world.

I did so alongside BE Minister @KhattabiZakia, UN Brussels Director @camillabruckner and Guillaume Lafortune.

@EU_Commission greatly advanced the cause over this mandate.
