@akhaliqinnit @virginmedia I had the exact same experience. Still trying to cancel after a week of phone-calls and no one taking any notice. Passed from department to department, get cut off and no one seems to understand that you just want to cancel.

@virginmedia very disappointed in your customer services. Twice I have tried to cancel my contract and twice your staff cut the call or stopped WhatsApp messages once I asked to cancel!!
