Congratulations @British_Airways , you have hit a new low. You managed to sit a 1 year old separately from her parents on 11 hour flight from Cape Town to London and refused to do anything about it at the check in. WTAF is this??

@British_Airways We did book it that way. Actually 6 times the is year. Every time there’s an issue. At any flight it takes 30 min of phone calls to issue a boarding pass. Maybe fix something in your system rather than giving a rather obvious advise??

@British_Airways This happened to me, actually happening right now. Your system doesn’t allow to book a separate seat for a child, and then to select a seat, and then you get “computer says no” at the check-in. Just amazing all around.

@British_Airways Well it’s not always is it. And if the family is travelling together “at least 1 adult” is not good enough! Every travel with a child under 2 with a separate seat is a complete nightmare with you

@British_Airways why you is your process to get on a flight with a baby so terrible? you can only book a separate seat for a baby by phone. Confirmation email never arrives. You can’t check in online. at the airport check in desk is confused every time and it takes ages.

Flying third time in a month and it’s a chaos. Baby is crying, no one understands what’s going on. It’s like you penalise people flying with children

Another embarrassing flight organisation from @British_Airways. Constant delays, app is terrible and doesn’t work properly. Delightful crisps and water to cheer up the crowd during the flight. At this point I am not sure why pick you vs @Ryanair, at least they are cheap
