🚨🎙️| Gary Lineker on the idea of punishing Manchester City with a points deduction:
"I saw an idea that I find logical and feasible: deduct 20 to 25 points for 5 seasons to keep the team in the middle of the table."
🗣️ Statement from Independent Football Regulator Chair David Kogan on #MCFC: “The independent commission’s decision raises serious issues.
“The IFR has powers to assess the suitability of owners, directors and executives and we will use these powers where appropriate, in the interests of protecting the sustainability, honesty and integrity of English football where there is clear evidence of wrongdoing by individuals.
“This includes taking account of findings made by the Leagues. However, as the proceedings remain ongoing between Manchester City and the Premier League we will await further developments.
“We hope it can be resolved quickly for the sake of fans. For now, we have no further comment.”
After everything that has been revealed regarding the extremely serious acts committed by Manchester City executives, it would be particularly surprising if the legal authorities did nothing to punish those responsible for what is already being described as the greatest fraud ever perpetrated in English football.

🚨💣BREAKING: Rui Pinto has launched a fresh attack on FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
Pinto claims Infantino was allegedly aware of irregularities involving Manchester City as far back as 2014 and accused him of sharing confidential documents and helping City and PSG avoid deeper investigations.
🚨🏴 Wayne Rooney believes Manchester City WILL be relegated and has called for the harshest possible punishment following the guilty verdict:
🗣️ Rooney: “I do think we’re going to see City getting relegated.
“I’d put them in the lowest league they can go in and then put restrictions on them in terms of how much money they can spend for the next three or four seasons.
“For instance, if they got a 20-point deduction for the next three years then players won’t want to stay there.
“I’d go as big as I can really.”

🚨🇯🇵 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 | Zion Suzuki (24) has been voted as Aston Villa's Player of the Month! 🥇✅
Joined the Premier League from Serie A and has started strongly! 👏
Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks.
Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.
🚨💣 BREAKING: Rui Pinto, the hacker who exposed information about Manchester City, claims he still has MORE unreleased material on the club! 😳🔵
Pinto says the information is “explosive” and claims he has lived under heavy police protection for years after receiving death threats. 😬⚠️
His latest comments could add another layer to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Manchester City. 👀
🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Acun Ilicali, Hull City's owner, is the first Premier League owner to speak publicly about Manchester City:
"I don’t say they are guilty or not because they are saying they are innocent."
"I think the Premier League says they are not innocent."
"If they are not innocent and they did something."
"I think (it is) not different than having doping and (winning) the Olympic medal."
"This is financial doping at the end of the day. Bringing top four or five players with huge money, breaking the rules."

🚨 Cristiano Ronaldo confirms he’s left the Portugal camp.
“After the press conference of the national team, and following a conversation with the President of the Portuguese Football Federation, I have decided to leave the national team camp.
“In time, I will tell all the Portuguese the truth about the reasons that motivated me to leave the national team, to which I always devoted myself.
“Now is the time to wish Portugal and all my teammates good luck, without exception.”
🚨🇪🇸 La Liga president Javier Tebas on Manchester City's potential punishment after being found guilty of ALL the charges:
🗣️ “I believe it should be the STRICTEST punishment in the Premier League regulations.
“It should be a punishment intended to set an example. This isn’t a matter of a father and his children – it is a punishment to ensure rules are followed.
“And violating the rules for over 10 years – no matter how minor the infractions – is a very serious matter.
“Therefore it has to be a severe punishment for the non-compliance. Not just to set an example, but because the rules were broken.”

'The titles have to be taken off Manchester City. The punishment has to be severe to give the rules meaning, establish a precedent and guarantee a deterrent for future owners who may be tempted to follow City’s lead.
'If the rebuke is mild enough to preserve City years of success, and enable a swift recovery back to the top, what would stop others believing it is worth the risk?'

ℹ️🇵🇹 Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister Elma shares the following message on Instagram by commenting “everything has been said here”.
“CR7 deserved more respect.
The national team deserved more structure.
Portuguese journalism deserved more competence and less speculation.
As for the Portuguese people, well... they don't deserve to have the best at anything.
We are envious, disdainful, ignorant, and we deserve to return to the mediocrity we always had in football before CR7.
Thank you for everything, CR7! You deserved more!”.
🚨🔵 Brighton owner Tony Bloom: "The methodologies that we use, the data and the analytics, we're always looking to optimise that and improve our systems, and as every month and every year goes on, we do improve that." 👀📊 (@SkySports)
