June is Scoliosis Awareness Month 💚
Scoliosis can be more than a visible curve. It can affect comfort, movement, confidence, and daily life in ways people may not always see.
A simple way to help: listen without judgment, support early checkups, and remind people they do not have to face it alone.

The most chilling line in the Fordingbridge case isn’t about Snapchat, knives or videos – it’s this: one of the boys had a “history” of sexual offences going back to the age of ten, and the authorities knew.
In other words, the state watched a child with escalating sexual behaviour grow into a teenager who used social media to lure girls, attacked them in an underpass and a field, filmed the rapes and shared them online – and still somehow decided prison was a step too far.
If you can have a recorded history of sexual offending from primary school age and still walk out of court with 10 rape convictions and a rehabilitation order, what exactly does someone in Britain have to do to be treated as a danger rather than a “child in need of support”?
Iranian hairstylist Ami Moghadam received death threats for posting videos of women receiving haircuts on Instagram.
So she decided to troll the Islamic Regime and their oppressive mandatory hijab laws in the most epic, hilarious way possible. 😂
Just so you know.
Boomers didn't have fast food. Except fish and chips.
Boomers didn't have ready meals. Except Vesta beef curry. Look it up.
Boomers didn't have colour TVs, front loading washing machines, central heating or holidays abroad.
Boomers didn't have babymoons or baby showers nor did they go on stag or hen weekends.
Boomers didn't go to restaurants. Except on birthdays.
Boomers didn't have new clothes every year, every season. They made do and mended.
But Boomers had a fabulous time in the 1960s to 1980s because people were friendly, respectful, dignified and hardworking. Boomers also had law and order and a judiciary who punished ALL criminals.
Boomers were happy with their lot.
Yes. I'm a Boomer.
Just so you know.
😟 I'm finding #TwoWeeksInAugust a very uncomfortable watch. Excellent casting & acting, especially Zoe & Dan 😨
First group dinner was seriously ... awks 😰 about to get scarier 😱
Nowadays kids’ books have messages like “believe in yourself” and “you can do anything” but when I was a kid the messages were things like “a lady who has a candy house wants to cook and eat you” and “sometimes wolves can disguise themselves as old women”
@raven_brah We didn't have a shower installed until I was 9 (1979) - you had to wash in the sink before that. Breakfast was toast in front of the gas fire (no central heating) before the bus to school - and we weren't poor. You are talking out your arse
