@elfthistoseb the obsession goes both ways tho. apparently you’re only weird for being obsessed with his personal life and Annabelle if you hate her, but when Sebastian fan accounts reduce her to being his partner and constantly dragging him just to praise her, it’s suddenly fine?
some people are offended that others see chemistry between Sebastian and Renate. but at the same time, it’s totally fine if they post his photo with “no condom forever or whatever Black Panther said.” so only they’re allowed to disrespect Annabelle. it’s hilarious.
@elfthistoseb girl who am i even supposed to follow?? name names. there’s more than two sides to this. i don’t have to be an Annabelle die-hard fan to see how Sebastian’s fandom treats her. and agreeing with someone about that doesn’t mean i agree with everything else they say about her
@elfthistoseb I mean. I checked out your account and you don't look like you're obsessed with Sebastian's personal life. I might've even followed you if you hadn't jumped in accusing me of stuff.
well, if Bucky is this Clint-Eastwood-like old man, then they should just leave him alone, give him a happy ending, and not kill him. and definitely not for Steve's sake. just give us the Winter Soldier movie.
Sebastian Stan on how Bucky Barnes’ personality has had to adapt as the MCU has evolved:
“We've tried [to add tweaks], and I make an emphasis on we because it's not just me. I have had to adjust to Marvel changing and evolvingand becoming a bigger world. The Captain America franchise, when we started, they were very grounded. "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" is kind of a suspense thriller; "Civil War" had more personalities, but at the heart it was serious, so this character, at its core, is a very serious character.
Maybe people would argue differently, but things have gone more into an expansive, integrative place of how does everybody fit in, and I think humor is a big part of making that happen. We have, and I have, tried to adapt to those things. So the question then became, What's funny about this guy? What is there to play? Some of it has been explored, but not entirely.
It's trying different things. At this moment in time, the character adopted this sort of Clint Eastwood, crusty old man humor. Dry —been there, done that, Why are we fucking doing this again — that kind of thing. I don't know if the character will stay there, but it's not a character who can suddenly go big.”

@wienrsoldier01 nope, this isn't about you. just a coincidence. I hadn't seen your post before. and used that phrase just to emphasize how hypocritical some people in the fandom are.
yes, these are very different movies. a dark comedy vs serious drama. but the question of how to raise kids and how social institutions should react is relevant in both. just because a kid is spanked or locked in the basement for misbehaving in a film doesn’t mean it’s propaganda
anyway, I watched the movie Bad Apples with Saoirse Ronan. and I'm afraid that everyone who's been bashing Fjord for being “conservative” would totally lose it over a storyline like that.
