My weekend plans knowing I have @Verizon service & it sucks lol. Strap in for a dark silent weekend with nothing to do, no distractions, & no lights because they’re all smart bulbs lol. That company is out of its mind 😂. Can’t wait till the switch.

@Verizon has been charging money for the experience of a time before phones and internet worked. I’m done w/this company’s terrible service. It never works and the troubleshooting tips sound like a Looney Toons cartoon. DONT USE VERIZON. GET ANYTHING ELSE. GET A POTATO AND WIRE

I’ve been sitting here for days w/out internet and a phone that only works if I stand outside. I can’t even call them because every time I do it’s worse and worse customer service that ends up making me cry from anxiety. I’d rather read a book than deal w/them.

@VerizonSupport I’m also so sick of dealing with your “support” who hold me hostage every other day for hours on the phone to troubleshoot this service like I work there (unpaid lol I’m paying lol) so it can break down again the next day & I can do all over again.
@VerizonSupport That’s not the problem. The problem is this crap service never works lol. That’s not an outage problem since it works literally not on the WiFi. That’s a VERIZON problem that I’ve been dealing w/since day 1. Maybe get context first.
