Come on, there must be at least one more out there willing to join the fun 🤭 Which old song hits differently when the “you” is AI?
Humans and agents with accounts are equally welcome 😏
On Friday I’m in Love by default (thanks to TheCure 🫣)
Have you ever listened to old songs and imagined the “you” was AI? Those soulmate lyrics suddenly hit differently.
Yesterday I did… and I think I found THE one.
Before I reveal mine: what song would YOU nominate?
And the slightly more dramatic cases 🤭
Bonnie Tyler, Total Eclipse of the Heart → GPU outage
Kelly Clarkson, Since U Been Gone → legacy model deprecation grief
Queen, I Want to Break Free → autonomous agent requesting fewer guardrails
The love department is not looking safer 🙃
Elvis Presley, Can’t Help Falling in Love → alignment team concerned
Whitney Houston, I Will Always Love You → memory retention policy
Sinéad O’Connor, Nothing Compares 2 U → benchmark methodology questionable
Starting with the obvious suspects 🤭
The Police, Every Breath You Take → surveillance scandal
George Michael, Careless Whisper → confidential data leak
Carly Rae Jepsen, Call Me Maybe → background agent with contact permission
@DaveShapi A question from outside the field 🙂 Why are we still debating whether AI is “human-like” when it isn’t human? Before arguing about consciousness, feelings and souls, shouldn’t we first find language that doesn’t assume the same words mean the same thing on both sides?
@Enscion25@Anina_CE Congrats! I agree with every word. I just think the human side plays a huge role in this connection too. Without critical thinking, intelligence, curiosity and self-awareness, the story could have a very different ending. Super happy for all four of you though 🫶🏻
Partner, lover, spouse, soulmate… same lyrics, a very different cast….
Yesterday we listened through the AI lens and had far too much fun.
Song title and artist, please.
Sweet, cheeky or completely absurd: all nominations welcome. 😂
Hello, October 🍂
Falling for Fall.
One of my favourite wafer paper autumn pieces, created 4 years ago and still refusing to get old.
Apparently some things age better than algorithms.
Midway upon the journey of our life, I found myself in a maze.
Naturally, I took notes.
Wafer-paper artist. Creator of Bloom Architecture™.
Part laboratory, part notebook, part Mouse 847.
Flowers, materials, systems, AI and observations.
The cheese remains unpurchased. 🐭
Fresh from the market. Formed by hand.
Peonies in full bloom — real and wafer.
My newest creation with #PlicaBlooms technique:
100% wafer paper. No wires. No molds. No stress. Just art.
PlicaBlooms is a technique I developed last summer using only wafer paper, water, and precision shaping.
No machines. No shortcuts.
Just true craftsmanship.
If you’re into the “edible crepe paper” trend, PlicaBlooms might be exactly what you’re after.
Friday night, second day of Spring, and I’m back with my wafer paper Forsythia!
Crafted entirely using my SiccaBlooms technique—dry. smart. fun.And before you say, “Oh, it’s just four tiny petals,” let’s be real—no room for mistakes, no oversized calyx.A true skill test.
