Dr Krzysztof Magier @DrMagier , lekarz pediatra i były konsul honorowy RP w Cowes, przeanalizował nagrania z policyjnej kamery nasobnej pokazujące śmierć Henry'ego Nowaka.
Dr Magier jest lekarzem prowadzącym oddział intensywnej terapii dziecięcej, z doświadczeniem w szkoleniach z medycyny pola walki oraz po specjalistycznym kursie leczenia ciężkich urazów (w tym ran postrzałowych i kłutych).
Nie zgadza się z opinią patologa i sędziego, że Henry Nowak nie miał żadnych szans na przeżycie i ze skucie go w kajdanki nic w zasadzie nie zmieniło. Wręcz przeciwnie – istnieje duże prawdopodobieństwo, że to interwencja policji przyczyniła się do jego śmierci.
Przeanalizował on raport z sekcji, który wskazuje na uszkodzenie żyły podobojczykowej jako główne źródło krwawienia i tłumaczy, gdzie leży problem.
U zdrowej osoby krwawienie żylne odbywa się pod niskim ciśnieniem i często samoogranicza się dzięki powstającemu naturalnie skrzepowi, a samo zbliżenie krawędzi rany i ucisk otaczających tkanek domyka żyłę na tyle, że spowalnia albo nawet zatrzymuje krwawienie.
Z nagrania z policyjnej kamery nasobnej wynika, że gdy policja przybyła na miejsce (prawdopodobnie 5-10 minut po zranieniu), Henry był na tyle przytomny, że mówił dość głośno. Nie był zatem jeszcze w stanie terminalnym. Po wykręceniu rąk do tyłu i skuciu za plecami najprawdopodobniej doszło do rozciągnięcia żyły, rozerwania skrzepu i gwałtownego nasilenia krwawienia. W ciągu zaledwie ok. trzech minut stracił przytomność i zmarł.
Osoby z podejrzeniem urazów wewnętrznych nigdy nie powinny być gwałtownie przemieszczane ani szarpane – takie działanie może zniszczyć naturalny skrzep i doprowadzić do masywnego krwotoku wewnętrznego.
Zamiast natychmiastowego wezwania zespołu ratownictwa medycznego i przekazania pacjenta w ręce ratowników, policja go skuła. Gdyby na miejscu jako pierwsi pojawili się paramedycy, szanse Henry’ego na przeżycie byłyby znacznie większe. "50%" - pisze dr Magier.
Ratownicy mogliby szybko założyć kroplówkę, podać płyny zwiększające objętość krwi krążącej oraz kwas traneksamowy stabilizujący skrzep, a w razie potrzeby wykonać dekompresję igłową (wkłucie grubej i długiej igły w płuco), bo problemem nie był tyle brak funkcji płuca, ale ucisk zalanego krwią płuca na serce i śródpiersie, który blokuje krążenie.
Co gorsza, incydent miał miejsce zaledwie kilka minut jazdy samochodem (2–3 minuty karetką na sygnale) od Southampton University Hospital – regionalnego Major Trauma Centre dysponującego pełnym zapleczem specjalistów, procedur i sprzętu. "Jestem przekonany, że gdyby Henry dotarł tam żywy, lekarze nie pozwoliliby mu umrzeć" - pisze dr Magier.
Podsumowując: agresywna interwencja policji, zamiast ratować życie, doprowadziła do śmierci przez nieodpowiednie postępowanie z ciężko ranionym człowiekiem, mimo że najwyższej klasy opieka była w zasięgu kilku minut. "Obawiam się, że Sędzia i patolog byli zbyt łaskawi dla policji" - pisze dr Magier.

It's rare for imagery this iconic to emerge organically.

It's just a still taken from the body cam of Henry's murder and yet it is so poetic in its composition.

The pale white flesh of Henry's hand, visibly depleted of blood as he is moments away from death, is both contrasted against his dark clothing and illuminated by the rays of the flashlight such that the image takes on the characteristics of a renaissance painting.

Henry's hand is curled into something like fist. It naturally draws comparisons to Black Lives Matter and the "Black Power" Fist iconography, Henry's dying paleness evoking "White Power," the boogeyman we have destroyed our societies attempting to stymie.

But there is no "White Power." Henry is dying. The fist is literally shackled, constrained, and drained of life. It is being "attacked" by the begloved hands, artificial, latex, inhuman, contorted into the shape of a predatory claw. These are literally the arms of the state. The "Systemic Organism." Our ultimate tyrant.

These are not the hands of the individual officers to whom they actually belong, but rather the hands of a system, a meta-organism. Hands following orders that did not come from the minds of the human individuals but rather the Systemic Egregore. Hands operating under explicit instructions to elevate testimony that claims "racism" and to treat all Whites with suspicion as avatars of that "ultimate evil" against which the system has oriented itself.

Except Henry was not evil. He was a victim of this inhuman system. This grotesquely maligned system embodied and visible in the grotesque blue claw clasping him and holding him down as he dies. The system that shackles the dying White "Power."

Henry is Britain. He is the West. We are all dying. We are all bleeding to death shackled by the inhuman systems we live under. And if we continue to be shackled by these systems, we will, like Henry, die.

The total repudiation of these governments are necessary to make any change. Incremental improvements are entirely insufficient. The time to be ungovernable is now.

Regime change is necessary. Remigration is necessary. The mass rejection of the status quo and its systems is necessary.

Revolution is necessary.

Deutschlands Industrie basierte auf dem Handel mit Russland. Die Zerstörung von Nord Stream und der darauffolgende Abbruch der deutsch-russischen Handelsbeziehungen haben dazu geführt, dass Deutschland Erdgas aus den USA zu Preisen kauft, die um ein Vielfaches höher sind als die Preise des russischen Pipelinegases, welches es ersetzt. Dies ist industrieller Selbstmord. Deutschlands Chemieindustrie, Stahlindustrie, Glasindustrie, energieintensive Hersteller – das Fundament des Mittelstands – verlieren Tag für Tag an internationaler Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Qualifizierte Arbeitsplätze verschwinden aus der deutschen Wirtschaft. Darüber hinaus plant die Bundesregierung nun einen massiven Rüstungsausbau – Hunderte von Milliarden Euro im kommenden Jahrzehnt –, um sich für einen Krieg zu rüsten, der durch Diplomatie leicht hätte verhindert werden können. Dies ist eine eklatante Fehlallokation nationaler Ressourcen. Die zentrale Herausforderung für Deutschland in diesem Jahrzehnt ist die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit im digitalen Zeitalter. Jeder Euro, der für Panzer, Raketen und Artilleriegranaten ausgegeben wird, fehlt Deutschlands KI-Kapazitäten, seine Chipentwicklung und -fertigung, seine Energieinfrastruktur und die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Digitalnetze, die es benötigt, um eine führende Wirtschaftsmacht zu bleiben.

Die bittere Realität, Herr Bundeskanzler, ist: Mit diesen Waffen lässt sich jene Sicherheit nicht erkaufen, die durch Diplomatie zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten erreicht werden könnte. Und ohne die Investitionen in Digitalisierung und Energie, die durch diese Aufrüstung verdrängt werden, ist kein Wohlstand zu erzielen.

Mein Appell: Herr Bundeskanzler, mehr als jeder andere europäische Staats- und Regierungschef sind Sie gefragt, wenn es darum geht, ob Europa in einen allgemeinen Krieg abgleitet oder zu Verhandlungen und wirtschaftlicher Vernunft zurückkehrt. Es ist höchste Zeit zu handeln. Die aktuelle offizielle Botschaft Moskaus an Washington belegt dies eindeutig. Bitte nehmen Sie den Dialog mit Präsident Putin auf. Bitte entsenden Sie Ihren Außenminister nach Moskau oder laden Sie den russischen Außenminister nach Berlin ein. Bitte öffnen Sie die OSZE-Kanäle wieder, die Deutschland verkümmern ließ. Bitte fordern Sie Kiew auf, die Angriffe auf zivile Ziele einzustellen.

Vor allem aber: Sagen Sie der deutschen Öffentlichkeit die Wahrheit. Ein auf der Neutralität der Ukraine basierender Verhandlungsfrieden ist der realistische Weg aus der Katastrophe, und die Wiederherstellung normaler Wirtschaftsbeziehungen mit Russland ist der realistische Weg aus dem industriellen Niedergang Deutschlands.“

To make the deal effective we have to be realistic about Israel.

We must recognize that a peace deal of any kind with the Iranian regime will be viewed by Israelis as an existential threat to their objectives, therefore they will seek to thwart the deal.

To stop the Israelis from thwarting a potential peace deal, we will have to take away the military support that we provide that allows them to go on the offensive against Iran, and make it clear more will be taken from them if they attack Lebanon.
