Never going to use TUI again!We have just got home from our nightmare end to our holiday. Our tui transfer bus have lost (or presumably stolen) my hand luggage with my most valuable items in it! There’s over £2000 worth of things in it, Including my new engagement ring💔 @TUIUK

@TUIUK I have done so, have to now wait 28 days from you… just to add it wasn’t just my case, it was 4 in total! All from my travelling partners. Don’t understand how you can loose 4 cases, when we saw the hotel put them on the bus??

I’m heartbroken and angry, we booked this big holiday with a trustworthy company and it has completely failed us. We feel like our memories are ruined and the money we have spent has been wasted and taken from a company that did not look after us or our belongings at all. @TUIUK
