I said yes we had tablets. I'm not sure if we've Ibruprofen but we've certainly got Paracetamol.
The caller hung up and I laughed for the rest of the day

An audiologist, managed to 'fix me' my head kept spinning when I was lying down, I was sober and sick.
It's a simple procedure, you lie down , you move your head, as told, to 'stick crystals in the ear' back in place and restore balance.
