@burkov @andrewgwils I have a hard time believing you got a PhD. My lab was extremely stingy with compute during my time so we had to be sure of our experiments with the quota we got. Of course, this was over 10 years ago so things may have changed.

Even the applications would be spammed though by LLMs. So maybe allow one application per person? This would force them to pick
