I've had so many encounters and almost dog fights happen bc of dogs off leash running up to mine and the owners "he's nice" well my dog isn't get away !!!!

!!!!!! my dog is leash aggressive (working on it and he's a rescue) and freaks out if a dog is off leash or if a dog comes up to him while on a leash. Doesn't mean he shouldn't be inside, I feel like everyone should be respectful of everyone's situation. It's safer for everyone
