I like to avoid the typical static beginning of catch play with lite movement. Working on separating the lower half with the upper half in a natural way. Good way to try and keep pitchers as athletic as possible on a daily basis.
In my opinion, compensators end up having shorter less lucrative careers and super athletic High talented compensators underachieve in the long run and become forgotten. Organizations are unable to make proper adjustments due to the fear of miss handling a high talent first rounder. Stuff can almost be a curse if you’re in the wrong organization around the wrong people. #simplify #habits
Had a great time competing in scout ball these past 3 weeks. Really thankful for the opportunity and appreciate the @Brewers having me out again.
Finished it off with a stand-up double off the LCF fence. ⚾️

Another example why timing and training matter. Isaac his senior year of HS to now after training in my pitchers advanced program. Designed for anyone but great option for post grad athletes that need to add velocity, command and overall strength. Isaac has PR of 88.4 in bullpens and I expect upper 8’s low 9’s in the fall once live games begin.
DM If you want to add velocity and performance
