Am I using AI wrong?

I started just opening hella sessions and putting in all my asks at once and then I just make on session the leader and it surfaces all decisions and questions in one place. But this creates session to session talking which uses more tokens.

I'm sick of people posting about how bad AI is and how everything is AI slop. Someone in LI posted this. But the truth is this only true for novice AI users. I can leverage AI to get expert level outcomes for finance, coding, design, ect. Sloppy people make slop not AI.
