@iD_Mobile_UK Complaint lodged Sunday - told expect a call within 48 hours. No call.
Message received today saying expect a call. Guess what? No call.
I just want the upgrade I was offered.
@McDonaldsUK Once again unable to get simple orders correct. Ordered plain Big Mac with no sauce or salad, received standard Big Mac with extra ketchup! Also can someone explain why we received a combination strawberry and chocolate milkshake?
@McDonaldsUK Hopefully this should be enough info. There was a reason I ordered NO Cheese. It's even on the picking slip. How could they get it so wrong?!
Once again @McDonaldsUK have screwed up their McDelivery. Ordered a double cheeseburger with NO CHEESE and guess what I came with! That's right a lovely slice of cheese on top of the burger! Even the picking slip says NO Cheese!
Once again @McDonaldsUK, you have surpassed yourself in your inability to process simple orders. Missing items once again, it's so bad now that we expect anytime we have a delivery we will be missing items. Surely your staff can pick items off a list....
@McDonaldsUK Once again McDonald's delivery was a massive failure. Missing many items from delivery. 3rd time this has happened. No help from McDonald's or Just eat.
