@united has the worst customer service and system. My ticket was bought on April 2nd and while prepay bags, it is asking me to pay increased prices which went effect on April 3rd. I texted United to help me fix it and rep told me tickets bought from April 2nd has to pay more.

@airindia Here is the problem- AI changed my ticket to another day saying flight is canceled however flight was NOT canceled. Why would you do it specifically few hours before the travel. This is another level…
AI should be taken to court to explain.

@airindia had a flight from SFO to delhi in few hours. Just then, got a notif that my itinerary is changed and new changes means flight is changed to another day with 5+ hours of layover. NOT acceptable. Need to talk to rep on phone to discuss the options. Can I get a callback?

@airindia I am not looking to go through DM for this. Using operational reasons as excuse without being transparent for the real reason is NOT acceptable. Air India should not keep changing the schedule multiple times for the same long haul flight. There is logistics and impacts our trip.
