Hey @ochocinco my name is Preston Gray and I’m the owner of Tailored Smoke. I’m currently out of town and I’m disappointed on how things have transpired today. My manager didn’t realize who you were but she did her job…. In North Carolina if you are not a stand alone building you have to be a private club in order to have a bar and smoke cigars inside. From my understanding you refused the membership, refused the day pass, and refused to purchase a cigar. If this is the case, you really left her no choice. We are a small business that focuses on providing an unparalleled cigar experience for all of our guests. It’s unfortunate that you didn’t give us that opportunity and on top of that you went to social media to speak negatively about our business. And I agree, it’s not about the money, it’s about basic respect for a hard working employee and a small business that has faithfully served our community for over 10 years.
