Junior ROTC cadet Ethan Kimes on Tuesday signed a three-year scholarship to @TAMU in the campus library. @USArmy Cadet Command awarded Kimes a scholarship worth approximately $105,000 toward his college degree. He hopes to become a commissioned Army officer. @pfisd
