Agreed. Jaguar has lost the plot! I am faced with an engine replacement for ~30K on my F-Pace and there is NO customer service. How can a well maintained Ingenium engine just fail on a freeway in 5 years? Do not buy a Jaguar, unreliable, ongoing issues and large bills from JLR.

@JaguarThornhill The cabin of my car smells of raw diesel after you did an engine replacement; this is a health hazard and the car isn't useable! Your service team wasn't helpful, service mgr test drove the vehicle! Someone from mgmt call me; I need this resolved asap!
@JaguarThornhill You took over 2 months for engine replacement. Tried to rip me off by ~$8500 and quoted 5 hrs diagnosis, should have been 2hrs. Mr. AGHAMANOUKIAN, if you cared, review 237716 and get back to me why I was treated in this appalling manner? Check Google review too.
@Jaguar You need to recall the defected Ingenium engines and get them fixed in other countries too not just in Korea. Don't forget "The customer is always right"!

@Jaguar Tracy CASE:[8001320784], 2 issues: I have a 2017 F-Pace which has the manufacture defected timing chain. @JaguarThornhill who is repairing the car is trying to charge 8.5K ($26,730-$18,251) more than what they quoted to extended warranty. So, I need Jaguar's assistance please!

@xbecsheard In another post I read in South Korea, the govt intervened and told Jaguar to recall the cars and fix the engines! I also need to decide whether to pay $15K to put new engine (Ext warranty covers 13K) or scrap it. I'll chk FB, Thanks! Good luck to you!

@xbecsheard Yep, its scary. I did some search online, Jaguar engines have so many issues with timing chain and DPF (mine is a diesel), had I known this I wouldn't have bought it. What options do you have? I am stuck as well and probably have to buy a new car (defo not a Jaguar!).

@JaguarUSA Tracy, can you explain why the Jaguar 1 year warranty was not honoured when my JLR dealer contacted you. I had to fix the car asap as it was not drivable as of “No engine restart” message. We use the car everyday for school run, so had to be fixed.
@JaguarUSA can you please explain why I had to pay $1355.80 to replace a faulty DEF injector that you installed in May 2023 to JLR Lakeridge? Your product failed within the warranty period. Absolutely disgraceful for a company like Jaguar, you should treat your customers better.
