Struggling with ACT internet. No internet for more than 12 hours.. same thing happened last monday where outage lasted 36 hrs.. in this WFH era this is a killer.. please ACT swiftly @ACTFibernet worst part.. no update on the complaint so I have no idea what is going on..

@pgashish @ACTFibernet I’ve heard from a few people in my network about such streak of issues using @ACTFibernet , patience exhausted and they have to switched to airtel and they are in better space.
This info from them was helpful to me and I’ve refrained myself from choosing @ACTFibernet

I have been following up with the customer care for missing items in the consignment GCBNG202100456 with no response. There are items worth 15000 which are missing and there is no response at all. Apparently the claims handles only damaged items,not missing items. @agarwalpacker
