The problem with the “supplement” industry is…
…I wouldn’t call ANY of these “supplements”
They aren’t nutritional supplements, they are full therapies/treatments
TUDCA -> cholestatic liver disease
Nattokinase -> anti thrombotic
Berberine -> glucose disposal
BPC157 -> gut repair peptide
There are OTC therapeutics and prescriptions therapeutics
The regulatory agencies get to decide which is which, and sometimes it doesn’t make sense
Some OTC “supps” are more potent than prescription meds
When you buy “not” supplements, you are prescribing yourself a treatment
Your body, your right? Agree? Disagree?

Its the largest hole in longevity research by a massive margin.
Legs and a little Back today. Filmed a few sets for depth checks. @GaintrustMikey was talking about it recently and he is one to listen to. Full depth, controlled reps, beats horsecocking weights with half reps. And yes, full depth is below parallel if you are focused on hypertrophy and not competition lifting.
If you want those quads that split from Knee to Hip, then ass to heel. Whatever weight that needs to be, start there and work back up. It will come quickly.....at least I hope because I feel like a bitch with this weight.
After a good talk with my man @PGC1a_RB a while back, I’ve made a conscious effort to prioritize my omega-3 intake
It was one of the only nutrients I was missing from my diet
Recently, I’ve noticed
• Noticeably better recovery from training
• Better mental clarity
• Lower inflammation
I aim for 3-5g of EPA + DHA daily while keeping my omega-6 to omega-3 ratio around 2:1
Salmon is my go-to source, and I supplement the rest
Starting tomorrow morning Vanguard will be doing every weekday giveaways.

Don't like the taste of mag glycinate or malate? Mix it into your morning oatmeal or evening yogurt/pudding
Supplement your food by mixing, incorporating the supplement into the food matrix of the food
No need to take it by itself (unless there is a specific need to)
Beef tripe prep before cooking:
1. Trim first: Cut away visible fat, discolored patches, or tough membrane before washing,
2. Cold water rinse: Rinse under cold running water first, massaging the folds/honeycomb pockets to flush out loose debris
3. Salt scrub: Generously rub coarse/rock salt (not fine table salt; the coarse crystals work as an abrasive) over both sides of the tripe for several minutes, then rinse
4. Vinegar rinse/soak: Rinse or soak the salted tripe in white vinegar (or a vinegar-water mix, roughly 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water) for 30–60 minutes; this step is specifically for deodorizing and further loosening residue
Repeat as needed: Alternate salt scrubbing and vinegar rinsing 2–3 times until the tripe looks and smells clean, with no cloudiness in the rinse water
5. Parboil/blanch: Boil the cleaned tripe in salted water for 10–20 minutes, discard that water, and rinse again; this removes the last of the odor and any bleach residue
Flavonoid lover here.
Icariin has muti targeted approaches regarding its anti tumour effects, one of those being it acting as a natural PDE5 inhibitor which rasies cGMP levels.
