That was a busy day in MAZ in the Floral Pavilion. I'm sat with my coffee at home with my little dog Ziggy thinking about the people and artists I met. One new full time artist I met today was a young man called Jack Vincent from North Wales.Jack has a great career ahead of him.

We are open from 5pm today for the free event Love, Hurt and Whimsy. Live poetry and music and art exhibition.

Poet Eric Craven, artists Gem Kennelly and Eve Kennell, musicians Sue Farley and Can't Remember. The Floral Cafe will be open. MAZ at the @FloralPavilion.

Let your children's creativity flow when visiting MAZ in the Floral Pavilion. We have free activities for half term in the MAZ Kid's Gallery. MAZ's art wall is waiting for your fab drawings and aMAZing colour-ins. The little ones can bring their artwork too.

I've been to work this morning and the storm is wild on the promenade with reports it will get worse as the day goes on. Due to the storm, I have closed MAZ today, hopefully weather will be back to normal tomorrow.

🎄Our wonderful Wirral Schools’ Concert Band shone last night at the annual @NSPCC Carols by Candlelight at @LiverpoolMet Cathedral. A beautiful service for such a worthy cause. Huge thanks to the amazing team behind it and of course the fabulous @Mrw64Rob and @KirstyAlleyne.
