@guhlo Makes sense for the production floor too. We run our sleever so inconsistently and sleeve material/design/color makes perfecting the cuts very difficult. The money saved on purchasing brights and sleeving them is lost in downtime and scrap. Preprints is always the way to go.
@guhlo My experience is the one fold is just as hard or harder to make square. That long flap has a lot of opportunity to drag in the compression section. The same amount of skew - is exaggerated at the bottom of the long flap. It just makes the art work decisions easier
@JenTruly07 Super easy - hardest part is matching the wall paint color (and potentially texture) because the nest is different shape and usually smaller than the typical thermostat.
