I am considering closing down my gamedev and art accounts, leaving only the main one on twitter. This platform is hostile to me and my people, the owner openly discriminates against us and suppresses our voices. I will leave the main account to keep fighting for being visible.
You can find this project page on Mas**d*n and (soon will be) on Bl**sk* under the same name, if you want to follow the progress (when I am physically able to resume working on it).

I hate twitter. I'd gladly leave it once and for all and never come back.
But how else will you hear our voices and see how discrimination, hate and benefitting from genocide happens in real time? Untill we are all fully suppressed we'll be here. Hate us or not.
And by the way, I am making it on my new tablet, which I have raised 1/5th of required funds so far (and purchased it by taking a loan), so if you want to support me - please visit my BMC page (it doesn't have any posts related to pGLOWrpg yet though): https://t.co/MByv3DgK9J
On 15th of September this project turned 5 years old.
I am unable to deliver any playable version of the game right now because I am overwhelmed with my day job in uni and because russians keep trying to kill me with missiles and drones, but!

All in all, a working draft version of the game should not take as much time to be done now, but prior to wasting time implementing things on the engine and prior to making assets I will likely go for pen-and-paper planning like in good-old-days.

Past 2 years I have been working with Godot quite extensively, so now I am considering another migration!
So far my path was like this:
Ptthon > Java > Rust > Godot.

I have considered how slowly the development was dragging on when one has to write all the modules from the scratch, and decided to step back and go for a game engine instead.
A good bonus to this approach is extended multiplatform compatibility and UX.
I don't always use my computer for gamedev. When I just need to work with code that only requires interpreter or compiler, I could just do it on my phone.
In fact, this is how I am developing @pglowrpg#укргеймдев#gamedev#IndieGameDev#indiedev#indiegame
There are no screenshots because this is a text RPG game, but I have came up with an interesting idea to facilitate illustration of gamedev and game world itself. Aside from generated .png images I will make a TUI world explorer (aka legends browser for DF) so stay tuned!
I forgot to do it, but bio now states: "russians - do not interact". I want to make it crystal clear and straightforward, because no part of our culture is apolitical.
Not to mention that first 2 months I have been developing GDTLancer from the basement.
