@ola_supports Yesterday the auto I booked stopped midway but I was still asked to pay the complete amount on the app. Why? I was 2 kms away from my selected destination.
@blrcitytraffic Today these 2 buses almost collided with each other. This road was wife enough only for 2 wheelers and yet buses were using this from both sides. Kids were really scared. This was on 6th Main road, Bilekahalli. I can share exact location if required.
If you used to work at Zomato, whether you chose to move on, or I was the one who asked you to leave, this is for you.
I know that for many of you, Zomato didn't have the environment, or the leadership you needed at the time. But I know for sure, that you loved being at Zomato, and it is quite possible that you never felt like home anywhere else since you left.
We have over four hundred people at Eternal today in their second or third stints. Many of them are doing their best work now. Maybe because they've grown, but also because the company has grown. We are more organised, a little less chaotic, and hopefully, I've learned a few things along the way too.
If you haven't reached out because you think the door is closed, or because you think I'm holding onto the past, I'm not. I want you back.
There is so much to build at Eternal. We are today, a family of companies. Zomato, Blinkit Quick-Commerce, Blinkit Ambulances, District, Hyperpure, Nugget, and Feeding India. We need people who already know what good looks like here, and who care enough to fight for it. There is no better person for that than someone who has been here, left, grown, and wants to come back.
You might say that Eternal is not going to be the same, because I am not the CEO anymore. But ask yourself a question. Did titles ever matter at Eternal? I am still very much here, and I'd love for you to be a part of this next phase of Eternal.
If you feel like you have unfinished business here, please don't overthink it. Write to me at [email protected]. The Gurgaon pollution is still a bug, but being at Eternal is the feature. Let's talk and find a role that fits your life as it is today.
I am all for peaceful protests against anything and everything. But violent protests and stopping others who want to work from working is not okay (proof attached).
Here’s what we know – a number of these protestors were not even our delivery partners. They were agents of political interests, piggybacking on the narrative to gain political mileage.
We have introduced parental controls on the Blinkit app.
You can now go into your profile and hide sensitive items behind a PIN and also set up a recovery phone number. This will allow younger ones in the family to browse the app without seeing any age inappropriate products.
Please share any feedback and also new suggestions on how to make the Blinkit app more usable for the entire family.
Blinkit customers can now own a piece of history! Independent India’s first edition of The Hindu is now exclusively available on Blinkit.
It’s a collectible which is a replica of the same edition that was published on August 15, 1947, when India woke up to independence.
Feels surreal to be able to deliver this in 10 minutes. Happy Independence Day in advance 🇮🇳
P.S - We've got only 5000 copies of this in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai.
Raksha Bandhan special – we’ve switched on international orders on Blinkit again this year. Folks living abroad can now send rakhis and gifts to their siblings in India ❤️
This is now live in most major countries, thanks to our partnership with @PayUindia & @Razorpay's fraud liability program, making payments with international cards safer and smoother. Please help us spread the word.
India has tried building gas turbine engines before. And we’ve come close.
At LAT, we want to get past the finish line. So we’re putting together a propulsion research team in Bangalore, focused solely on building gas turbine engines from scratch. Lightweight. Efficient. Flight-ready. Made in India.
What’s different this time?
We’re giving engineers the freedom to think, build, break, and repeat. Our dedicated research centre — with labs for combustion, turbomachinery, thermal systems, and materials, will give engineers the space and freedom to iterate fast, and get to real outcomes at a speed which is unprecedented in the industry.
Also, this team will be led by engineers. No waiting around for approvals from "business" people. No chasing slides or meetings. Just hands-on problem solving, running bench tests, working with suppliers, building hardware from scratch — and pushing the limits of design and physics every day.
It won’t be easy. But if it works, it changes everything. A full engine stack, built locally. Powering STOL aircraft. UAVs. Remote connectivity. Self-reliance.
If you’ve ever built turbines, rotors, control systems — or anything close — and want to be part of something that could one day, rewrite history, write to us at [email protected]

A few months ago, Blinkit Ambulances started quietly in Gurugram with just 5 ambulances and a dream. What if emergency help could reach you in 10 minutes, just like groceries?
This is one of the hardest and the most resource intensive challenges we have ever taken up. But we are not backing down.
We started with 5 ambulances at the beginning of the year in Gurugram and currently, we have 12. From serving a small area around Golf Course Road, we have now extended the service to cover almost half of Gurugram.
Until today, we have responded to 594 calls, 50% of these critical emergencies. Today, our 12 ambulances across 6 depots reach patients within 10 minutes, 83% of the time.
But numbers only tell part of the story.
Behind every number, every case, is a human being and their family. Moments of fear and hope, desperation and relief.
We discovered how hesitant people still are to call an ambulance, even in critical moments. Many prefer personal cars or cabs, afraid help won’t arrive on time.
We learned how difficult it is to find and train paramedics who can deliver not just medical aid, but empathy when it matters most. Our team is now building an in-house paramedic training program to raise the bar of emergency care in India.
Blinkit Ambulances isn’t just a project. It’s a responsibility we carry close to our hearts. It’s tough, it’s emotional, and it’s still Day 1.
We’re learning. We’re committed. And we won’t stop until every single person trusts that life-saving help is only 10 minutes away.
Has Blinkit Ambulances helped you, or your near and dear ones? We would love to hear your story – will serve as fuel for us and the Ambulances team to keep going.

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart is selling expired cosmetic products and not allowing returns for it !! Their customer care is useless. One of the executive told she'll put us on hold and then just cut the call.

Out now - our Q1FY26 Report: https://t.co/gtHFmNMlhx
Quick snapshots:
#Performance
Consolidated Adjusted Revenue grew 67% YoY (22% QoQ) to INR 7,563 crore.
#NetOrderValue
NOV of our B2C businesses (@zomato, @letsblinkit, @lifeindistrict) grew 55% YoY (16% QoQ) to INR 20,183 crore.
These now generate nearly $10 billion in annualized NOV, with quick commerce contributing almost half - making it our largest B2C segment.
#Zomato
Food delivery NOV grew 13%YoY (9% QoQ) driven by continued softness in demand.
#Blinkit
NOV grew 127% YoY (25% QoQ) to INR 9,203 crore.
On the profitability front, our margins improved from -2.4% of NOV in Q4FY25 to -1.8% despite continued investments in new store roll-outs and seasonal factors. We also added 243 net new stores in Q1FY26, and are on track to get to 2,000 stores by Dec-25.
#District
Going-out is a INR 8,000 crore annualized NOV business (Q1FY26 NOV*4), which is about 20% of the size of our food delivery and quick commerce businesses.
If we execute well, this business has the potential to scale to $3 billion in annual topline (NOV) with $150m of Adjusted EBITDA sometime over the next five years.
#Hyperpure
Hyperpure’s revenue grew 89% YoY (25% QoQ).
#GreeningIndia
During the quarter, we also launched a first-of-its-kind agroforestry initiative to plant 2.5+ million trees across 10,000 acres of farmland in partnership with thousands of farmers in FY26. These trees, once grown, can remove 1.5 million tonnes of CO2 over the next 30 years.
That’s all for now.
However, as always, we are just 1% done.
We’re excited about the path we’re on and grateful for your continued support.
