Instämmer med Göran Sundström, professor i statsvetenskap. Har svårt att se varför AKB inte anmäls för tjänstefel till Statens ansvarsnämnd. Då hade AKB kunnat avskedas i stället för att omplaceras, vilket är rimligt när man bryter mot grundlagen som myndighetschef. Särskilt viktigt är detta när ärendet gäller vänskapskorruption, något som många redan upplever som utbrett. Detta underminerar förtroendet för staten.
Sundström skriver:
"Inte minst är det viktigt i dessa dagar när den felaktiga föreställningen att staten saknar ett tjänstemannaansvar tycks få allt större spridning.."
